Our Scratch and Dent units have a full warranty from each respective brand. Most are return shipments that have minor cosmetic imperfections caused from return shipping. These imperfections can include minor scratches and dents to parts that do not compromise the overall function and integrity of the equipment. These units work just as efficiently as units that are in brand new condition.
These products are nonrefundable. They may be repackaged in new boxes. If you have any issues with a Scratch & Dent product, Gronk Fitness will provide replacement parts or replace the units in full on a case-by-case basis.
