IRONAX X4S Four Station Multi-Gym

The Ironax X4S is the perfect addition to your commercial or home gym. Get the most out of your floor space with the most amount of exercises out of this machine. The machine features a leg press, chest press, reverse delts and flies, as well as high/low pulleys for lat pull-downs and seated rows. There is also a VKR on the side to work those abdominals.

Two x 200lbs weight stacks shared between the 3 stations (requiring weights).

STATION 1

The loaded station allows for flat or incline chest presses, seated rows, lat pulldowns, triceps pulldowns, seated rows, bicep curls, leg extensions & Leg curls.

STATION 2

The horizontal leg press is a great piece of exercise equipment that can help you build strength and tone your lower body muscles. The seated position provides lower back support, greater muscle activation, versatility, and ease of use. 1:2 Ratio.

STATION 3

The rear delt/pec fly machine is an excellent piece of exercise equipment that can help you develop your upper body muscles. By targeting two important muscle groups: the rear deltoids and the pectorals, effectively improving your upper body strength and posture.

STATION 4

The VKR, or vertical knee raise station, is an excellent piece of equipment to help you develop your core strength and upper body muscles. With a VKR, you can perform a variety of exercises, such as leg raises, knee raises, and crunches, to target your abs, obliques, and hip flexors while also engaging your upper body muscles, such as your chest, shoulders, and triceps
