Trainer Tips: How to Drink More Water

Welcome to Day 1 of Trainer Tips with D.Jak! This weekly series highlights a fitness tip, trick or hack from Gronk Fitness' licensed personal trainer.

On today's episode, D.Jak talks through recommended daily water intake (how much water you should drink per day), and gives three tips to increase your water intake and stay consistent with your hydration!

These are easily applicable hacks to drink more water each day and you can start it right away!

We also posted a shorter version of this video on our Instagram Reels, and heard from Gronk Fitness Partner and Inertia Wave founder Dave Parise. Here's an additional tip he gave out in the comments:

"Excellent info!! Dead on ! I have a system I’ve been doing for the last 25 years… When I wake up I try to drink a quart of water every three hours literally.
.
Or I take my current scale weight… I multiply it by .65 = total ounces per day.

I also make sure that the only thing I put in my water is possibly a green tea bag… or.. Some 🍋 lemon slices.

Any other liquids are not counted as my total water intake."
