Chris Gronkowski's Favorite Plyo Box Exercises:
What's up everybody, Chris here. Being explosive is all about hip flexibility and strength. My favorite way to perform box jumps is using our soft foam plyo box, which helps prevent the dreaded ALC injuries.
Make sure you squeeze through your glutes on these exercises and take every rep seriously. Avoid jumping down aggressively. I like to step down gentle to prevent injury.
Box Jumps: 4 sets x 5 reps
Rotational Box Jump: 4 sets x 5 reps
Single Leg Landing: 3 sets x 5 reps each leg
Pistol Squads: 3 sets x 8 reps each leg
