How do you use the dual function design?

For leg extensions, place ankles under the rollers and extend to train the quads. For seated leg curls, adjust the pads and curl the roller back to hit hamstrings. Switching exercises takes just seconds.

What is the maximum load capacity?

The 10” Olympic sleeve holds up to four 45 lb plates for a total of about 180 lbs of resistance.
