









Gronk Fitness Strength Bands
Gronk Fitness Strength Bands are an incredibly versatile tool to incorporate into your training. They can be used for warm ups, stretches, rehab movements, assisted movements like pull ups/dips or even added resistance in other exercises. All bands are 41" in length and 3/8" thick. Six different widths provide a wide variety of resistance levels.
- Red – X-X-Light–5" wide- 5 – 35 pounds resistance
- Black – X-Light– 85" wide- 10 - 60 pounds resistance
- Purple – Light– 25" wide- 25 - 80 pounds resistance
- Primarily used for adding resistance to stretching/strength exercises
- Green – Medium– 8" wide- 50 – 120 pounds resistance
- Blue – Heavy (Element)–55" wide- 60 – 150 pounds resistance
- Ideal for Assisted Exercises like Pull-Ups/Dips
